   Dahshur Site.

   Your private historical and cultural experience begins around 8:00 AM, when your private driver and professional guide will meet you at your hotel and take you to Dahshur, located south of Giza. Start your day by exploring the fascinating Dahshur Pyramids, including the famous Bent Pyramid and Red Pyramid, both built by Pharaoh Snefru, the founder of the 4th Dynasty. You will have the opportunity to enter the Red Pyramid and discover its impressive interior while learning about the development of ancient Egyptian pyramid architecture.

   In the afternoon, continue to Saladin Citadel, one of Cairo’s most impressive medieval landmarks. Explore the historic fortress built by Salah Al-Din, which was constructed to protect Cairo and Fustat from potential Crusader attacks. From the Citadel, you can also enjoy panoramic views over parts of historic Cairo. Inside the Citadel, visit the magnificent Muhammad Ali Alabaster Mosque, one of Cairo’s most recognizable landmarks. Admire its impressive architecture, grand central dome, elegant minarets, and beautiful interior decoration while learning about its history.

   Khan El-Khalili Market & Bazaar.

   Continue your journey to Khan El Khalili Bazaar, Cairo’s famous historic marketplace. Wander through its narrow streets and lively alleys filled with traditional Egyptian shops, souvenirs, handicrafts, spices, jewelry, and other local products. You will also have the opportunity to explore part of Al-Muizz Street, often described as an open-air museum because of the remarkable collection of historic Islamic buildings, mosques, madrasas, and traditional architecture lining the street.

   Dinner At Naguib Mahfouz Restaurant.

   To complete your experience, enjoy a delicious dinner at Naguib Mahfouz Restaurant, located in the heart of Khan El Khalili.
